Our first European tour of 2025 has started and we are in Champagne!
Kicking off with a few bottles of Champagne in the hotel bar, we then took a short walk into the centre of Reims to our restaurant bistronomique – Le Condorcet. In what is sure to be a common theme of this tour – we were welcomed with a glass of Champagne before tucking into a delicious three course dinner. Plaice with a leek accompaniment was followed by some perfectly cooked salmon with linguine and artichoke followed by a delicious rhubarb dessert. A very relaxed start to the tour.
