Our final night dinner was at the Dom Joaquim restaurant in Évora, wine and conversation flowed and toasts were made. Most of us fly home on Sunday, a few will have a last day or so in Lisbon, enjoying the beautiful weather and fabulous Portugese hospitality. What a lovely visit this has been!
