Our first Chile tour has started and we kicked off with a superb dinner at Ambrosia bistro.
Situated just a short walk from our hotel in the Providencia area of Santiago, we sat outside and enjoyed a wonderful selection of starters: Prosciutto, fish taquitos, mushroom and ricotta toast, fish tartare, followed by a choice of beef, crab pasta or hake.
The service was top class, we washed it all down with some cracking Sauvignon Blanc and Carmenère and savoured a pleasantly warm evening.
